Thank you for your interest in 2010 West Chester University summer sports camps. All registrations will be done online in 2010. You must have a credit card or checking account to register. Due to limited enrollment, participants are urged to register as soon as possible. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Camps are subject to change. You will be notified if you are affected.Online registration will begin in mid-February. Please check back at that time for the beginning of camp registration. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be issued after the receipt of a written cancellation notice. Tuition cost includes a $45 non-refundable processing fee. Additional refunds will not be granted after camp arrival. Full payment is due prior to the first day of camp. If the program is canceled, a full refund will be given.
RULES
Campers will be made aware of camp rules in a meeting on the first day of each session. Campers who violate these rules will be dismissed. Parents will be responsible for the cost of the damages to camp property by their child. In case of dismissal, the camp fee will be prorated.
TAX INFORMATION
It is the opinion of the PA State System of Higher Education and West Chester University that our summer sports camps do not fall under the definition of child care for federal and/or state tax purposes. We will NOT supply a tax ID number to any registrants for use on your 2010 taxes.
