Believed to be the last three-sport athlete in West Chester University intercollegiate varsity athletics history, Kati Coll was an all-star on the field hockey and lacrosse pitch while also starring in the gym on the women’s basketball team during her college days. Coll was a two-time IWLCA Division II All-American in women’s lacrosse (1996, 1997) and a two-time Mideast All-Region selection in field hockey (1995, 1996) while being named the school’s female athlete of the year in 1996. She led the field hockey squad in scoring her senior year, posted 35 goals in 43 career games on the lacrosse pitch and registered 113 career steals during her basketball career.
 
Coll was a three-time, first-team All-PSAC selection in lacrosse and the PSAC rookie of the year in 1995. She was also named the PSAC Championship Game MVP, leading West Chester to the title in 1997. She started all but one game during her lacrosse career and started every field hockey contest her sophomore, junior and senior seasons, competing for the Division I Golden Rams’ program. West Chester’s lacrosse program won three consecutive PSAC championships, running up a 14-1 record against conference opponents during Coll’s career.
