Quarterback Sean McCartney threw for 405 yards and five touchdowns in the Golden Rams playoff win against Slippery Rock on Saturday. It was the second time in his career that he has thrown for over 400 yards in a playoff game and third game this season that he has completed five touchdown passes.

McCartney threw for 328 of his 405 yards in the first half giving the Golden Rams a 32-6 lead at half time. His five touchdown passes put him at 39 for the season, which he is now one touchdown away from tieing Dave McDonald's single-season record.
