WCU Strength & Conditioning
West Chester University Strength and Conditioning offers a balanced and full-body focused approach for all of our student athletes across our 24 Division NCAA Sports. We focus on full range-of-motion exercises to attempt to make our student athletes as strong as they can be within their given sport while always providing modifications where needed. Our goal is to keep our players on the field, so they can perform.Â
"If it's important, you'll find a way. If it's not, you'll find an excuse!"

e.      Policy for Weight Room Cleanliness, Orderliness, and Security- our motto is always to leave the weight room neater than you found it. We really appreciate all athletes helping to return all weights and equipment to their proper location, discarding water bottles and other trash, and wiping down the equipment.
