Civic Engagement
Workshops, programs, events and opportunities to serve the community and to learn about civic engagement are both offered specifically to student-athletes in collaboration with various offices, or through campus-wide events.
SAS works with the Center for Civic Engagement and Social Impact in an effort to engage student-athletes to be active citizens in their local, national, and global communities
Community Engagement & Service
Teams participate in various community service projects with their teammates. The SAS office can support these efforts with funding or planning. As well, opportunities to serve the community through SAAC are supported via SAS, including Make A Wish events and Team Impact.
