Jr. G Matt Penecale (Jenkintown, Pa./Abington) continues to play well as he chipped in 19 points, four rebounds, and a team high eight assists a week ago to help the Golden Rams start their season on a nine game winning streak. Penecale’s contributions helped lead West Chester to an important road victory over Bowie State on Monday, 94-85, to go to 9-0 on the season. This 9-0 start is the team’s best start since the 2009-2010 season.
