Matt Cotellese batted .545 (12-for-22) in West Chester’s 4-1 week that included three wins over No. 14 Kutztown that vaulted the Golden Rams over the Bears into first place in the league standings. His RBI single in the top of the eighth inning of game one Sunday provided the insurance tally in extra innings that West Chester needed in a 6-5 win. He later homered in the second game of the Sunday doubleheader sweep. Cotellese scored eight runs, banged out three doubles and a home run and posted an .818 slugging percentage. He also recorded an assist in the outfield, defensively.
