Kendall Rich (West Long Branch, N.J./Shore Regional) had a strong week this past week as she scored two goals in West Chester’s 4-0 victory over Mercyhurst on Saturday afternoon. Rich broke through for her first goal of the game in the 67^th minute off an assist from Madison Baxter, which gave West Chester a commanding 2-0 lead. This lead grew just moments later as Rich found the back of the net once again in the 70^th minute for her second goal of the game and third of the year to put West Chester out in front 3-0. The freshman is now tied for the team lead in points while she leads the team in goals with three. West Chester will be back in action this week facing Pitt-Johnstown at home on Friday before traveling to Bloomsburg on Sunday.
