WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The Golden Rams concluded the WCU Tournament on Saturday afternoon sweeping Nyack, 3-0 (30-20, 30-19, 30-14).
It marked the fifth consecutive sweep for West Chester, who keeps its unblemished record intact at 13-0. Nyack, who defeated Goldey-Beacom, 3-1, earlier in the day, falls to 1-3.
It was a balanced attack for the Golden Rams, who were led by Karly Lotkowski’s seven kills. Kristen Decker finished with six kills, while Michelle Powers and Allison Focht each registered four kills.
Nora Jingeleski recorded a double-double effort with 10 digs and a team-high 16 assists. Kelly Wrobel registered 12 digs. Lisa Yeasted chipped in 10 assists.
West Chester opens the PSAC slate on Tuesday, Sept. 11, welcoming East Stroudsburg into Hollinger Field House at 7 p.m.
