Women's Soccer Continues Shutout Streak, 3-0, Over IUP

Indiana, Pa. - The West Chester women’s soccer team continued their winning ways with a 3-0 shutout over Indiana (Pa.) on the road. The blanking marked the sixth straight shutout by the Golden Rams, who remain perfect on the season at 6-0.

Sarah Oswald, Amanda Marino and Rita Alton all scored for West Chester. Marino’s goal was the first of her college career for the freshman forward.

Hilary Smart made two spectacular saves to preserve her shutout string of 540 consecutive minutes. The Golden Rams have yet to yield a goal in the 2008 campaign.
