SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – A walk-off double in the bottom of the seventh made a winner out of host Shippensburg in game one, and an RBI single with two outs in the fourth scored the deciding unearned run in game two as Shippensburg swept a PSAC East doubleheader from West Chester at Robb Field on Thursday.
Chelsea Carson was walked with one out in the bottom of the seventh, and Abby Block followed with a double to right-center that plated Carson with the only run of the game in the opener of the twinbill between two schools tied for second place in the Eastern Division with identical 3-3 records.
