KUTZTOWN, Pa. -
Brittany Sicinski scored 13 points and grabbed 8 rebounds, but visiting West Chester dropped a PSAC East women's basketball contest at Kutztown, 68-62, Wednesday night.
West Chester (13-9, 10-8 PSAC) falls into fifth place in the Eastern Division standings while Kutztown (13-9, 11-7) moves one game ahead of the Golden Rams, after sweeping the season series. Both teams have already clinched a postseason berth in the conference tournament.
Jasmen Clark scored 11 points while Ambreelinne Ortman scored 10 for the Golden Rams. It was West Chester’s second straight loss as the Rams dropped two of their three games on this most recent road trip.
West Chester returns home on Saturday to host Bloomsburg at 1 p.m. Saturday will be Senior Day for the Golden Rams as well as the team’s annual Play4Kay game.
