Cat Hammer (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) homered for the second time in as many days, but it was not enough to overcome a three-run deficit as West Chester University dropped a 3-2 decision to Seton Hill University in the NCAA DII Atlantic Region 2 Tournament at Culpepper Field on the campus of West Virginia Wesleyan College Saturday afternoon.
West Chester (40-16) finishes the 2015 seasonn with its second straight 40-win campaign. The Golden Rams are now 10-11 all-time in five trips to the NCAA Tournament.
