Box Score EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – No.4 East Stroudsburg University handed top ranked West Chester University field hockey its second straight shutout defeat 4-0 Saturday afternoon at Whitenight Field.
The Golden Rams (6-2, 0-2 PSAC) fell 1-0 in overtime at No.2 Millersville on Wednesday. The Warriors (6-2, 1-0 PSAC) opened the scoring with a goal from Desiraye Mack, then Lindsay Blum scored less than two minutes later to give East Stroudsburg a 2-0 lead at halftime.
The Warriors added two more goals in the second half for the 4-0 final.

Sarah Krause (Lancaster, Pa. / Conestoga Valley) started and made three saves, while allowing three goals for West Chester, sophomore
Brianna Magner (Egg Harbor, N.J. / Egg Harbor Township) made two saves with one goal allowed in finishing the game. Danielle Ard made six saves to record the shutout in goal for the Warriors.
West Chester looks to get back to its winning ways when it host Shippensburg on Tuesday Sept. 29 at 4 p.m.
