Kaitlin Hatch (Sewell, N.J./Washington Twp.) each scored for West Chester while
Marissa Elizardo (North Wales, Pa./North Penn) registered the shutout in goal as No. 1 Golden Rams topped Slippery Rock, 2-0, Saturday afternoon at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.

West Chester (7-1, 2-0) picked up its second straight conference win by shutout this week while downing Slippery Rock (5-5, 0-2) for the second time this season. Elizardo made one save on the afternoon to register the shutout.

How It Happened
- Kelly opened the scoring in the 37th minute when she dribbled into the circle and beat Slippery Rock goalkeeper to give WCU a 1-0 advantage at the half.
- All-America midfielder Kaitlin Hatch doubled the lead with an insurance tally with five minutes to play in the game off an assist from Katie Thompson.
