BALTIMORE, Md. -
Georgia Wright (Doncaster, England) and
Ann Carozza (West Chester, Pa./East) shared Swimmer of the Meet accolades with Sydney Okubo from Johns Hopkins to lead West Chester University's women's swim team to a victory at the Thomas Murphy Invitational hosted by Loyola (Md.) University inside Mangione Pool Saturday afternoon.
Wright won both the 500-yard freestyle and 1650 free over the weekend while placing second in the 200 backstroke. Carozza was part of four relays that won while winning both the 100 and 200 butterfly.
Nadia Mulder (Hummelstown, Pa./Hershey) won the 3m diving competition on Saturday - one day after winning the 1m competition on Friday night.
West Chester will be back in action Dec. 7-8 when the Golden Rams host Albright, Ursinus and Swarthmore.
