LEBANON, Pa. – The West Chester men's golf team completed the third and final round of the 2022 PSAC Championships at the Iron Valley Golf Club on Sunday, finishing in fourth place with a total score of 920.
Indiana University of Pa. finished first for the PSAC with Guillermo Salazar leading the way and helping the Crimson Hawks sign for a score of 880.
The Golden Rams stayed in the fourth-place spot for the entire three-day Championships shooting 304 after the first round, 312 after the second round, and 304 for the third round.
Brock Fassnacht (Lititz, Pa./Warwick) remained West Chester's leader for the entirety of the Championships, signing for a score of 75 on the day and totaling 226 to finish tied for eighth place alongside IUP's Jackson Buccigross.
West Chester ended the Tournament first in the 10-team field in eagles with five on the Championship, led by a pair of eagles from Fassnacht, including an eagle in the final round on the par-five 16
th for the second day in a row. West Chester was third in the field in performance on the par-fives of Iron Valley this week, playing to a score of -4 on such holes en route to the three-day score of 920.
