Connor Strine Tied for First Place, Team Tied for Fourth Place After Day One of Hal Hansen Invitational

GROVE CITY, Pa. - After winning the Alvernia Invitational less than a week ago, the West Chester men's golf squad is sitting in a fourth-place tie with Shepherd University after the close of Day One of the Hal Hansen Invitational hosted by Clarion University.
 
West Chester top-scorer, Connor Strine (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township), tied for first place on the day with Luke Kimmich of Grove City College, out of 76 participants. Both golfers hit a 70 for the first round.
