INDIANA, Pa.- The West Chester men's golf team continued its busy month of April this week competing at the two-day Spadafora Invitational hosted by Tournament runner-up Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) at the Par-71 Indiana Country Club.
Battling through snowy conditions for the second day of the Invitational, West Chester finished in a tie for eighth with a team score of 622 after shooting a 313 on day one and a 309 on day two while Malone captured the team title with a two-day score of 593 (297, 296).
Ryan D'Ariano (West Chester, Pa./Rustin) climbed from 46
th after day one to a tie for 16
th along with
Connor Strine (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) with both golfers finishing with a score of +11 with D'Ariano recording a 79 on day one and a 74 on day two while Strine shot a 74 on day one and a 79 on day two.
