WEST CHESTER, PA - West Chester University dropped a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) match to visiting Millersville by a 5-2 score on an overcast and brisk Good Friday on South Campus.
West Chester (3-9, 1-2) picked up a win by default at third doubles and sixth singles against Millersville (5-6, 3-0). The default win at third doubles, coupled with a win from
Felix Weber (Wolfenbuettel, Germany) and
Andrew Poprik (West Chester, Pa./Unionville) at second doubles gave the Golden Rams the doubles point. Weber and Poprik were the final doubles match to end.
West Chester returns to the courts next Wednesday for another PSAC battle with Bloomsburg.
