AUGUSTA, MI.- Hanna Lignell (Gothenburg, Sweden/Kitas Gymnasium) shot a second-round 73 to climb from 30
th after the opening round into a tie for 10
th with a two-day score of nine-over (80, 73; 153) as she helped the Golden Rams finish sixth at the Davenport Panther Invitational with a two-day score of 625 (314, 311). West Chester was three strokes better on Sunday, firing a 311 in the second round to hold its position of sixth on the team leaderboard.
Lignell carded six birdies in her second round on Sunday, including birdies on the par-five first, par-three second, par-five ninth, par-four 10
th (her first hole of the day), par-five 12
th, and par-four 15
th. Lignell was one of two Golden Rams in the top-10 as
Morgan Kunze (Limerick, Pa./Spring Ford), who played as an individual this week finished in a tie for 10
th at nine-over as well after a second round 75.
