Biography
Valentine is the only NCAA qualifier in school history. In 2015, Valentine became the first West Chester gymnast to be picked for the NCAA Division I Regionals in school history. The following year, she repeated and is the only West Chester gymnast to be picked for the NCAA Division I Regionals twice in her college career (2015 & 2016).
In her junior campaign (2016), she earned First Team All-America status in the all-around, vault, and beam.
She currently owns several school records, including the floor exercise, vault, and all-around.
In 2016, Valentine broke the all-around (39.2) and vault (9.85) record at the annual Pink Meet on February 26th. Additionally, she was named the 2016 ECAC Division II Athlete of the Year. Valentine downed the school record on the floor exercise with a 9.925 against the University of Pennsylvania on January 28th, 2017.
