Abby Tepper

Abby Tepper

Abby Tepper begins her second season as the program's top assistant coach. Tepper came to the Golden Rams last summer from Stonehill College where she was an assistant coach for the 2018 campaign. Tepper helped head coach Amy Cohen and the Golden Rams to the 2019 NCAA Division II National Championship and a 20-1 overall record her first year on the sideline with Cohen.
 
Tepper assists Cohen in every aspect of the day-to-day operations of the program, serving primarily as the recruiting coordinator for the Golden Rams, while working on her master's degree in Public Administration at West Chester University.
 
Prior to her stint at Stonehill College, Tepper was a head coach at the high school level in Massachusetts, along with a plethora of experience coaching at the club level and running camps. She also coached women's lacrosse both on the collegiate and high school level in Massachusetts, before making the move to the Philadelphia area.
 
Tepper is a 2016 graduate of Salve Regina University with a bachelor's of science degree in Education with a concentration in Elementary Education and Special Education. While at Salve Regina, Tepper was named the 2015 Rhode Island Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women Annual Distinguished Student-Athlete of the Year. She was also a Longstreth/NFHCA Division III all-region selection and a conference all-academic performer.
