Caitie McNamara returns to her alma mater following one of the most successful field hockey careers in West Chester history. She enters her first season as an assistant to Amy Cohen helping in all aspects of coaching.
McNamara graduated from West Chester University in 2021 with her bachelor's degree and is in her second year of the school's Masters in Public Administration graduate program.
The Buderim, Australia, native was a three-time All-American for the Golden Rams helping the 2019 squad to a national championship. She holds the school record with 84 games played in a career while her 33 assists also tops the charts of the Division II record book. She finished her steller career in the purple and gold with 21 goals and 33 assists for a total of 75 points.
