Junior Running Back Brandon Monk had a career day, rushing for 257 yards and two touchdowns on 36 attempts in West Chester’s road-win over the East Stroudsburg Warriors 35-24.

Monk’s performance landed him among the top-5 for rushing yards in a game in school history. It was the most rushing yards in a single game since D’Andre Webb rushed for 306 yards in 2008.
 
He also averaged 7.1 yards per-carry and had a 19-yard touchdown run to conclude the first drive, along with a 12-yard touchdown run in the thrid quarter maintain the lead.
 
Monk will try to build off the momentum as West Chester concludes its regular season against Indiana University (Pa.) on Nov. 15th at 1 p.m.
