Sr., F Tori Smick (Pilesgrove, N.J./Woodstown) poured in a career-high 24 points and grabbed seven rebounds to help West Chester claim an 81-67 victory over Bloomsburg to open up PSAC East play Friday evening inside Hollinger Field House. Smick was nearly flawless from the charity stripe, going 18-22 from the line in the PSAC matchup. The 20 plus attempts were the most in a game, dating back to 1989. The New Jersey native’s 18 made attempts from the line set a new season high for the squad as well.
