Caroline Lewis (West Chester, Pa./East) showed no signs of rust after having a month off between events on Friday night in the Golden Bear Invitational at Kutztown as she won the long jump while also finishing in third in the 55m dash and fourth in the shotput. Lewis’s mark of 6.02m in the long jump is an NCAA Provisional Qualifying mark and it is also just .01 shy of tying the program record of 6.03.
