Jared Melone (North Wales, Pa./North Penn) had a solid weekend for the Golden Rams as he went 4-for-11 (.363) with four runs scored, two RBIs, and a walk. On Saturday afternoon, Melone got the Golden Ram offense rolling early leading off the game with a solo home run for one of his three hits on the day. Melone ended this contest 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs scored, and one RBI to help lead West Chester to an 8-2 victory over Winona State. On Saturday afternoon in a split with Grand Valley State, Melone registered a hit and walk while scoring two more runs and driving in another to help West Chester go 1-1 on the afternoon.
