Lexi Kegerise registered 57 kills and a .490 hitting percentage in three wins last week for West Chester’s volleyball squad. She posted a career-high 30 kills on 50 attempts, for a .520 hitting percentage in a 3-2 come-from-behind win over Holy Family. Her nine kills, most coming in the fourth set, propelled WCU to a 3-1 win over PSAC rival Shippensburg Friday night. Kegerise then followed up that performance with an 18-kill effort and another hitting percentage above the .500 mark during another PSAC win over Millersville. She had just eight hitting errors in the Golden Rams’ three matches last week. Kegerise’s 30 kills were the most in a match by a West Chester player in over seven years.
