Senior forward Sara Conrad (Shillington, Pa./Gov. Mifflin) was named West Chester University’s female athlete of the week for her hat trick in Sunday’s overtime loss to Ursinus on the road.

Conrad registered her second hat trick of the season, tying her career-high for goals in a game. In the process, she scored two of her three tallies in the second half to help West Chester erase a 3-1 deficit and force the extra session.

It marked the second time this year that the Golden Rams lost in overtime. Towson also defeated West Chester in extra time last week. Conrad currently leads the Golden Rams in scoring with seven goals.
