Joe Kaleck (Southampton, Pa./Neshaminy) had a big weekend at the plate for West Chester, going 5-for-11 with two extra base hits, five RBI, and three runs scored to help lead West Chester to a sweep of Kutztown. On Friday in the series opener with the Golden Bears, Kaleck had his best game of the weekend, going 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles, two RBI, and three runs scored as West Chester cruised to a 16-5 victory over the Golden Bears. Kaleck also reached safely and stole a base as he wreaked havoc throughout the afternoon for the Golden Rams. On Saturday afternoon, Kaleck drove in four more runs for the Golden Rams over the course of the doubleheader sweep, driving in the Golden Rams third run of the contest in game one via a sac fly in the fifth, which made the score 4-3 before driving in three more runs in the nightcap thanks to another sac fly and a two-RBI single as West Chester closed out the three-game sweep of the Golden Bears .
