MILLERSVILLE, Pa. - Homestanding Millersville scored a pair of goals three minutes apart in the first half and made them stand up as seventh-ranked Marauders downed visiting West Chester, 2-1, Tuesday evening.
West Chester (6-5-2, 2-3-1 PSAC East) got a goal from Jabari De Coteau four minutes after halftime, but could never get the equalizer in the loss. It marked the second straight game De Coteau has scored for the Golden Rams and the second straight game in which West Chester has taken on the top team in the Atlantic Region.
Garret Santora made three saves for West Chester in goal.
