WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Lisa Campbell registered a season-high 33 digs and Lexi Kegerise led the Golden Rams with 13 kills, but it was not enough to overcome Shippensburg, 3-2, in a PSAC women's volleyball match Friday night inside Hollinger Field House.
West Chester (13-11, 3-9 PSAC) dropped a crucial game to Eastern Division foe Shippensburg (9-14, 4-9).
Michelle Powers contributed 11 kills in the 25-20, 18-25, 25-21, 18-25, 15-11 loss. Helen Fitzpatrick dished out 34 assists. However, Shippensburg went on an 8-4 run in game five to close out the back-and-forth match.
Kali Antolik registered a match-high 14 kills for Shippensburg, hitting .333 for the match. Jenny Pry had 12. Andrea Heimsoth recorded 41 assists.
