Men’s Tennis Falls To Mercyhurst, 9-0

WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Mercyhurst College swept the doubles matches and all six singles matches to shutout host West Chester in a PSAC crossover competition at South Campus Courts on Friday.

West Chester (5-8) extended just one match to three sets with that coming at sixth singles, against the much more powerful Mercyhurst Lakers (8-8). Michael Sim fell 7-5, 2-6, 12-10. He nearly picked up a win Friday.

West Chester travels to Neumann University for a non-league match on Tuesday.
