USP Men's Tennis Downs West Chester, 7-2

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Visiting University of Sciences captured five of the six singles matches en route to a 7-2 non-league men's tennis match on a very cold Thursday afternoon at the South Campus Courts.

West Chester falls to 3-9 on the year with the loss. Steve Hlava was a winner at No. 3 singles while David Goldenberg and Alan Day won at second doubles for the Golden Rams' only two points.

The Rams' third doubles team of J.J. Cooke and Matt Thomas put up quite a fight at No. 3 doubles. However, the tandem finally succombed to their opponents from USP, 8-6.
