WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Visiting Millersville overpowered host West Chester en route to a 9-0 shutout in a PSAC East men’s tennis match on an unseasonably warm and balmy Monday afternoon at South Campus Courts.
West Chester (6-13, 1-4 PSAC East) concluded their conference schedule with the loss to Millersville (10-5, 3-2).
The Golden Rams were swept in the doubles competition. J.J. Cooke and Matt Thomas dropped their match at third doubles, 9-7.
Steve Hlava won his first set at third singles, but dropped the next set to force a tie-breaker in the third. Millersville won that set 11-9.
