WEST CHESTER, Pa. – West Chester University’s men’s swimming & diving team dropped a pair of decisions to Johns Hopkins University and The College of New Jersey in a tri-meet inside Graham Natatorium Saturday morning.
TCNJ defeated West Chester, 188-180, while Hopkins topped the Golden Rams, 243.5-120.5.
Jared Haley captured the 1650-yard freestyle in 16 minutes, 30.35 seconds, and Bogdan Grebenyuk won the 200 breaststroke in 2:07.68 for West Chester’s only two first-place showings in the pool.
Ryan Kuser won the 1-meter springboard diving competition with a score of 310.20. He finished second on the 3m board (329.33). Jonas Raider was third off the 3m board (270.53) and fourth off the 1m board (278.93). Kurt van Mol placed third off the 1m (296.78) while Zach Burns was fourth on the 3m (262.58).
