INDIANA, Pa. - Alexandra Lennon registered her second double-double in three games (10 points, 10 rebounds), but it was not enough for visiting West Chester to overcome No. 24 Indiana (Pa.) in a PSAC women's basketball contest inside the Kovalchick Complex Friday evening.
IUP (11-0, 7-0) outrebounded West Chester (8-3, 4-3 PSAC) by a wide 52-38 margin and outscored the Golden Rams 30-17 in the second half to pull away from their hosts late in the second half.
Allison Hostetter finished with eight points while Shamyra Hammond and Jillian Keefer each added five points.
West Chester travels to Cal on Saturday for another PSAC West showdown.
