LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - West Chester University's women's volleyball squad dropped a 3-1 decision at Lock Haven Friday evening by scores of 25-20, 25-12, 22-25 and 25-15.
West Chester (15-15, 5-10 PSAC East) remains in fourth place in the PSAC East standings. The Golden Rams are fighting for one of two remaining playoff spots. Lock Haven and Shippensburg have sewed up the top two spots already.
Lexi Kegerise led the way with 12 kills for the Golden Rams. Dana Markol had 17 digs. Tori Hutchinson had 18 assists while Mandy Flynn recorded 11. The Golden Rams mustered just a .107 hitting percentage and the Lady Eagles registered nine blocks.
West Chester hosts Kutztown next Friday inside Hollinger Field House and then travel to Cheyney on Saturday to play the Wolves in Cope Hall.
