Malarney's Two Goals Lift the Golden Rams Over Millersville 2-0

Box Score MILLERSVILLE, Pa. - Conor Malarney netted two goals in four minutes to lead West Chester University to a pivotal 2-0 PSAC win over Millersville Saturday afternoon at Biemsderfer Stadium.

The Golden Rams (6-3-2, 5-1-1 PSAC) moved into first place in the conference handing Millersville (7-3-1, 4-1 PSAC) its first league loss of the season.

Malarney broke a scoreless tie in the 81st minute, when he beat the Marauders defense to a loose ball and then shot into right lower corner of goal from top of box for his seventh of the campaign.

The Golden Rams return to action on Wednesday when they travel to new PSAC opponent the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
