Box Score CAPE COD, Mass. - West Chester University sophomore forward Corey Blake was named the ECAC Division II athlete of the week it was announced by that organization on Tuesday afternoon.
Blake averaged a double-double last week with 12.5 ppg and 10.5 rpg ... he shot 47.8 percent from the floor and led West Chester to a pair of road wins over Mansfield and Millersville ... Blake scored 12 points and grabbed 12 boards in a win at Mansfield on Wednesday and then scored 12 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in a win over Millersville on Saturday.
West Chester returns to action on Wednesday evening when it travels to Kutztown for a 7:30 p.m. tipoff against the Golden Bears inside Keystone Arena.
