WEST CHESTER, Pa. - West Chester University's men's tennis squad was shut out by visiting Mercyhurst, 9-0, in a PSAC matrch Sunday morning. The Golden Rams dropped both of their conference matches this weekend.
West Chester (4-8, 1-2 PSAC) will look to rebound from this past weekend when the Golden Rams hit the road on Wednesday, traveling to Kutztown, before returning home to host Millersville the next day.
Mercyhurst (6-7, 3-1) picked up its second win in as many days during its trip East. The Lakers started off with a perfect 3-0 sweep of the doubles competition, before sweeping all six singles matches to finsh out the blanking.
