Meet ResultsWEST CHESTER, Pa. – West Chester University's men's swimming & diving squad pulled off wins over Lehigh University and Bloomsburg University in a tri-meet Friday evening inside Graham Natatorium.

West Chester topped Division I Lehigh by the score of 154-83, marking the largest margin of victory over the Mountain Hawks since at least 2003, while the hosts also downed PSAC rival Bloomsburg, 156-81.

Victor Polyakov (Taganrog, Russia) led the way as expected once again with a pair of wins and runner-up showing. He won both the 200-yard freestyle (1 minute, 42.75 seconds) and the 200 individual medley (1:52.07). He placed second in the 100 free with a time of 46.31 seconds.

Michael Oliver (Howell, N.J./Freehold Twp.) won the 200 breaststroke in 2:05.53.

West Chester captured second thru fifth place in the 1000 free, led by
Conor Forlini's (Warminster, Pa./William Tennett) 9:53.03. Forlini and
Geoff Boodey (Wrightstown, Pa./Council Rock North) swam second and third in the 500 free.
Daniil Sokman (Russia) was runner-up in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:57.81.

The Golden Rams had a pair of relay teams finish second and third in the 400 medley relay as well.

West Chester's diving team heads to Rowan University the first weekend in November for an invitational. Friday,
Tim Cengia (Greensburg, Pa./Greater Latrobe) scored a 249.36 points off the 1-meter springboard while earning 265.13 off the 3m board.

The swimming team will begin preparations for the Pitt Invitational around Thanksgiving.
