Kara Parvel (Whitehall, Pa. / Whitehall) delivered the game-winning goal in the 61
st minutes to lift the Golden Rams over Mansfield, 1-0, on the road inside Karl Van Norman Field Wednesday afternoon.
The Golden Rams (5-2) outshot the Mountaineers 27-7, to go with seven corner kick opportunities to keep the pressure on the Mountaineers goalkeeper. Mansfield (2-4) was able to hold the Golden Rams offense in the first half, but could not get the offense going as the Golden Rams defense prevented the Mountaineers from attempting a single corner kick in the entire game.
