Box Score West Chester, Pa. – West Chester finished with three players in double-figures, but it was not enough as the Golden Rams fell to Kutztown, 84-75, inside Hollinger Field House Wednesday night.
The Golden Rams (16-3, 12-3 PSAC) trailed early in opening minutes, but came back to tie the game up at 32-32 with 4:47 minutes left before halftime. Kutztown (14-4, 11-3 PSAC) would halt West Chester's chance of taking its first lead by countering with a 11-4 run to go up five to close out first 20 minutes of play.

Malik Jackson (Lansdowne, Pa./Penn Wood) led WCU with 13 points before fouling out in a losing effort. Forward
Matt Wiseley (Emmaus, Pa./Emmaus) added 12 points and eight rebounds while
Thomas White (Chester, Pa./Penn Wood) contributed 11 points and five rebounds off the bench.
The Golden Bears' Anthony Lee scored a game-high 23 points, shooting 7-for-12 from the field, to go with seven rebounds, four assists and three steals on the night. Guard Austin Beidelman finished second in points with 15 in the win. Teammate Ryan Connolly and Josh Johnson each put up 14 points, while Johnson was one rebound short of a double-double grabbing nine.
West Chester will look to rebound when they take on Shippensburg this Saturday at 3 p.m. inside Hollinger Field House
