WEST CHESTER, Pa. –
Caitlin Kelly (Coatesville, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) and
Morgan Snodgrass (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J./Egg Harbor Twp.) each scored off penalty corners in the second half, lifting No. 8 West Chester to a 2-0 victory over visiting Kutztown in a pivotal PSAC field hockey contest at overcast Vonnie Gros Field Wednesday afternoon.

West (8-5, 3-3 PSAC) and Kutztown (7-6, 2-4) each entered the game tied for sixth place in the league standings. The win for the Golden Rams also avenged a loss earlier in the season to the Golden Bears in Andre Reed Stadium.

For Snodgrass, it was the first career goal for the senior back.
