No. 4 West Chester Downs No. 6 Bloomsburg, 5-1

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Kaitlin Hatch (Sewell, N.J./Washington Twp.) scored twice and Caitlin McNamara (Buderim, Australia) had a goal and three assists as fourth-ranked West Chester downed sixth-ranked Bloomsburg, 5-1, in a non-league field hockey match at Vonnie Gros Field Tuesday afternoon. The win keeps the Golden Rams undefeated at 3-0 while the Huskies fall to 3-2 overall.

How it Happened
- West Chester tallied twice in the first half and three more times in the second half, taking a 4-0 lead, before Bloomsburg got on the scoreboard.
- Hatch's first goal was a reverse chip into the upper right-hand corner.
- Caitlin Kelly (Coatesville, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) scored on a reverse chip of her own to up the score to 2-0 at the half.
- Rachal Toppi (Glassboro, N.J./Glassboro) tipped in a shot from McNamara in the 41st minute.
- Hatch then got her second of the game on a slap shot into the far right corner.
- McNamara then deflected a shot from Lily Feldman (Marlton, N.J./Cherokee) past the Huskies keeper to make it 5-1.
- Marissa Elizardo (North Wales, Pa./North Penn) made four saves in the win.
