MILLERSVILLE, Pa. -
Jillian Grammer (Centre Valley, Pa./Southern Lehigh) posted a double-double, and West Chester put three players in double figures in kills, to lead the Golden Rams to a 3-0 sweep over Felician in the second match of the day at the Marauder Clash inside Pucillo Gym Friday night.
West Chester (8-0) remained unbeaten on the year and perfect in sets with the win while Felician fell to 0-2.
Grammer posted 38 assists and 10 digs for her double-double.
Karleigh Lutz (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) and
Victoria Cruciani (Phoenixville, Pa./Pope John Paul II) each had 10 kills while
Allie Duffy (Carlisle, Pa./Carlisle) registered a team-best 11 kills.
Abbie Dischert (Wilmington, Del./Concord) added nine kills.
West Chester hit .264, taking the match by scores of 25-12, 25-14 and 25-18 while its opponent was held to .025. Duffy added three blocks.
The Golden Rams return to Millersville on Saturday for a match against the host Marauders.
