Box Score LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- West Chester University women's soccer (10-3, 9-3 PSAC) traveled to Lock Haven University (2-8-2, 2-8-1 PSAC) on Wednesday afternoon and defeated the Bald Eagles, 2-1.
How it happened:
- It only took 30 seconds into the first half for the Golden Rams to score as junior Hannah Zach (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks East) put West Chester on the board. Senior Jenny Bail (Carlisle, Pa./Cumberland Valley) had the assist.
- Two minutes later, junior Jesse Magee (Bucks County, Pa./Council Rock South) scored her first goal of the season on an assist from senior Madison Baxter (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown East) to put the Golden Rams up 2-0
- In the 63rd minute of the second half, the Bald Eagles scored to make it 2-1.

- Zach now leads the team with seven goals this season.
- Freshman goalkeeper Hayley McGee (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland) started for the Golden Rams and made two saves.
- West Chester's 9-3 record in PSAC contests has them slotted third in the Eastern Division.

West Chester will be back in action on Saturday at 1 p.m. to host No. 12-ranked Millersville for another PSAC game. The Marauders are in second place in the East with a 9-1 PSAC record. This game will be played on West Chester's Homecoming weekend and will be Senior Day for the women's soccer athletes.
