Stephen Thompson (Mechanicsburg, PA / Cumberland Valley) picked up a goal and an assist as the Golden Rams defeated Bloomsburg 3-1 to close out the regular season.
How it happened:
- The match was scoreless for most of the first half until Stephen Hollis scored for the Huskies in the 38th minute. | BU 1-0
- The Golden Rams scored five minutes later as sophomore Eric Greer (Chadds Ford, Pa. / Unionville) connected on a live ball to tie the game. | WCU 1-1
- 13 minutes into the second half, freshman Josh Daniels (Fleetwood, PA / Oley Valley) came in off the bench in an injury substitution. Five seconds later, Daniels scored the go-ahead goal off a Thompson pass. | WCU 2-1
- Thompson added his own goal to the board nine minutes later to solidify West Chester's lead. | WCU 3-1

- Daniels' goal was his first of his career.
- Thompson's goal was his fourth on the season. Thompson's assist was his team-leading sixth assist of the year.
